QA/QC Introduction

Since the company was founded, it has been making wood products for Japanese customer of Iris Ohyama. During the 13 years' experience in foreign trade, our group has set up an integrated Quality Control System under Japanese Quality Standards. There are two QC Departments in the Group with 85 employees, one of the departments is responsible for cabinet line and the other is for pet and garden products. All of our products are meticulously inspected and tested during production and before shipping. We even pre-assemble every single piece and then pack in seaworthy flat carton.
We utilize state-of-the-art machinery, such as Homag and Weinig from Germany, Japanese CNC machinery, automatic painting system from Taiwan area, and incorporate Italian wood drying technology. All of the investment is for the purpose of assuring product quality and satisfying customers' demands.
